Terms & Conditions All orders purchased by cheque will be cleared by a British bank before goods are dispatched. Any payments made to BritishSupermarketWorldwide will be converted from Pounds Sterling into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. The conversion rate is set at the point of authorisation of your credit/debit card. If any of the products you request are not available, we will of course email you advising you of this and offer an alternative product, weight or brand to enable us to complete your order. If these options are not acceptable to you we will offer you a refund. We will then process your order according to your instructions. We will endeavour to process your order within 3 working days, however, this may take longer at busy times or when some items are out of stock at our regular suppliers requiring us to obtain these from other suppliers. Delivery time estimates are from when goods are dispatched, please remember to add on processing time. Please note that our Surface Mail and Airmail services by Royal Mail are not guaranteed or trackable services, and as such we are unable to accept any responsibility after dispatch. We can provide proof of posting on request. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delay. BritishSupermarketWorldwide cannot be held responsible for the actions of any Customs department who may open and check random packages. The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be levied once the package reaches the customer's country of residence. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: - The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions
The contract between BritishSupermarketWorldwide and the customer shall be governed solely by the current laws of England. Refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of the management. |
