Making a Purchase Any payments made to BritishSupermarketWorldwide will be converted from Pounds Sterling into your own currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. The conversion rate is set at the point of authorisation of your credit/debit card and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse currency fluctuation. We will endeavour to process your order within 3 working days, however, this may take longer at busy times or when some items are out of stock at our regular suppliers requiring us to obtain these from other suppliers. Although every effort is made to keep our website as up-to-date as possible sometimes there may be items out of stock or discontinued. All pictures and descriptions of products on our website are those of the original manufacturer and are intended for guidance purposes only. Manufacturer’s may change formulations, weights and packaging from time to time. Please be aware we can only supply those currently in stock at our suppliers at the time of your order. We do not hold stock and our team obtain fresh goods with the best possible sell-by dates specifically for your order. Should you have specific formulation/packaging/colour requirements you must inform us at the time of ordering to ensure we send you the right product. We are unable to refund items where this has changed. Due to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. BritishSupermarketWorldwide reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination. We reserve the right to change any part of our website and our terms & conditions at our sole discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.DeliveryDelivery times are estimates, as provided by our couriers from when goods are dispatched and may be subject to customs delays. Please remember to add on processing time. BritishSupermarketWorldwide will accept no responsibility or cost whatsoever for delays in delivery. Please ensure you have provided the full correct address and telephone number for delivery. If the postcode/zip code or any part of the address is omitted or entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result. Deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next. If your parcel is returned to us due to the incomplete or incorrect address, or with an attempted delivery by our couriers we will have to recharge you the shipping costs to resend. To enable us to contact you with dispatch dates and tracking details we require a valid email address. BritishSupermarketWorldwide cannot be held responsible for the actions of any Customs department who may open and check packages at their discretion. The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be levied once the package reaches the customer's country of residence. Country restrictions and levies vary; Contact your local Customs Department for further information.Returns PolicyUnder the Distance Selling Regulations customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Should you wish to do so please inform us by email within this time that you wish to return the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. The contract between BritishSupermarketWorldwide and the customer shall be governed solely by the current laws of England.
