British Food delivered to you worldwide | Shipping & Handling There is no minimum or maximum order weight, but there is a minimum amount for delivery so the larger the order the cheaper it is per kilo to send. There is a case weight limit of 30kg (BFPO ships max weight 11kg). Therefore, if you order in excess of 30kg you will receive your order in more than one case. You may have your order delivered to an address which is different to your own; simply complete the delivery address details when requested during the ordering process. We are unable to send orders to P.O. Box numbers. We deliver to over 200 countries worldwide, including British Forces Post Offices (BFPO). We will endeavour to process your order within 3 working days, however, this may take longer at busy times or when some items are out of stock at our regular suppliers requiring us to obtain these from other suppliers. If any of the products you request are not available, we will of course refund these items, or we will email you advising you of this and offer an alternative product to complete your order. In some countries certain restrictions apply with regards to the type of goods entering the country. We will be pleased to help and advise where possible. Please be aware we are currently unable to send meat products from the UK to countries outside the EC. We cannot be held liable for any custom tax, duties etc. which may be applied once your package has been dispatched from the UK. Orders are dispatched using Parcelforce Euro 48 or International Scheduled service depending on your location, offering a reliable trackable signed for service. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you to inform you and send your tracking number to you. Delivery via Parcelforce to all EU countries is normally within 3 - 5 days and the rest of the world within 5 - 20 days (may be subject to customs delays). You can track your delivery using the Parcel Force tracking facility on their website at www.parcelforce.com We can also send smaller lightweight orders via airmail, where applicable this option is available on our checkout page. |
